About me :

Monika draws from a rich reservoir of experience in supporting individuals from diverse backgrounds, addressing an array of concerns, including enhancing communication & interpersonal relationship skills, navigating personal and family dynamics, managing daily stress, and coping with anxiety, as well as clinical conditions, (such as OCD traits, etc.). Monika has experience with clients who have children / family members with special needs, and offers support to these clients.

She is bilingual and fluent in both English & Persian languages, having lived in North America, the Middle East, and Europe.

Monika strongly believes in the universal benefits of therapy, particularly when conducted in a supportive environment. Her sessions are compassion-based, culturally-informed and client directed, as she integrates therapeutic approaches and tools with the compatibility to the client's goals and needs in mind. This empowers clients to delve into their thoughts, emotions, and challenges at their own rhythm, making the therapeutic journey not only personal and meaningful but also fostering pathways to enduring transformation and growth.
