Beginners are welcome in all our classes, but we recommend starting with Hatha or Restorative Yoga, which are slower-paced and focus on foundational poses and breathing techniques. You can reach out to the individual Yoga Practitioner if you have any concerns or questions.

We recommend bringing a yoga mat, comfortable clothing, water, and an open mind. Most of our Yoga Practitioners provide mats but you can reach out to us and check if you have a query.
