About me :

Breda holds a PGDip in CBT and a BA (Hons) in Counselling & Psychotherapy, continuously staying updated with the latest research and training. She has worked with a diverse range of clients, helping them manage and reduce symptoms of anxiety, stress, emotional eating, tinnitus, and chronic pain.

Using CBT techniques, Breda helps clients challenge negative thought patterns and replace them with healthier, more adaptive behaviours. Her approach is warm, non-judgmental, and collaborative, ensuring a safe space where clients can openly explore their concerns and develop practical coping tools.

Her goal is to support individuals in not just healing but thriving—cultivating positive changes in their thoughts, emotions, and behaviours.

Interests & Passions

Outside of her practice, Breda enjoys spending time in nature, walking her dog, dancing like no one is watching, and practicing mindfulness. She is deeply passionate about holistic wellness and fostering well-being in all aspects of life.
