Wellness Retreats

Our events are held in beautiful, handpicked locations across Ireland – from serene coastal venues to cosy countryside retreats and modern studio spaces in the city. Each listing includes full location details. We also host online events which you will get the link beforehand.

We offer a range of wellness experiences including yoga day retreats, meditation days, breathwork sessions, nature-based retreats, creative wellbeing classes, full moon circles and multi-day immersive retreats. Each event is unique – check individual listings for details.

Not at all! Our events are open to all levels, from complete beginners to experienced practitioners. Any requirements or suggestions will be listed clearly in the event description.

We’ll send a full list of what to bring after you register, but generally we recommend comfortable clothes, a water bottle, yoga mat (if you prefer your own), and any personal items you like for comfort (e.g. journal, blanket, eye mask).

Most of our wellness events are alcohol-free to support rest, clarity, and healing. Any exceptions (e.g. a vineyard tasting on our French Château retreat) will be clearly noted.

For one-day events, light refreshments may be provided. For overnight or weekend retreats, meals are typically included and are nourishing, mostly plant-based. Specific dietary requirements can usually be accommodated – just let us know when booking.

Accommodation is included for multi-day retreats only. Details of room types and pricing will be clearly listed for each retreat. One-day events do not include accommodation.

Simply follow the booking link on each event page. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your place, with the balance due by a specified date.

Our cancellation policy varies slightly depending on the event. In most cases, deposits are non-refundable, but we’ll do our best to fill your spot and issue a refund if possible. Full details are outlined on each event page.

Absolutely! Many attendees come solo, and our events are designed to be welcoming, inclusive, and supportive. You’ll feel right at home, whether you’re attending alone or with a friend.
